INDIA: The Embassy of the Czech Republic in New Delhi was filled with an electrifying atmosphere on Monday as it hosted the inaugural Youth Euro Quiz 2024, an event that brought together high school students and European diplomats for a lively and intellectually stimulating competition. The quiz, which aimed to foster deeper cultural understanding and strengthen diplomatic ties between India and the nations of Eastern, Central, and Northern Europe, was a resounding success.

The Youth Euro Quiz 2024 featured ten teams comprising high school students from various Indian schools, paired with diplomats from the embassies of participating European countries. The event saw enthusiastic participation from teams representing the Polish Institute New Delhi/Embassy of Poland, Embassy of Ukraine, Embassy of the Czech Republic, Embassy of the Slovak Republic, Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria, Embassy of Estonia, Embassy of Latvia, Embassy of Lithuania, Embassy of Romania, and the Liszt Institute Delhi.

The quiz tested participants’ knowledge across a diverse range of topics, including history, geography, art, culture, traditions, sports, and the contributions of famous personalities to global affairs.
