In Saturday’s match Charles Oliveira will fight Michael Chandler for the lightweight championship match. Currently, Oliveira is on an eight-fight winning streak and he is -140 favourite at BetMGM, while Chandler is +115 underdog. Apparently, Chandler is a former three-time Bellator lightweight champion. In 2020, he worked as a free agent but soon after UFC signed him as he is considered as one of the best lightweight boxers in the world. In his UFC debut, Chandler fought against Dan Hooker and won the fight in just 2 mins and 30 seconds of round 1.

Chandler’s fight against Oliveira is going to be a great fight. Meanwhile, it is been said that the winner of this fight will defend his belt against the winner of the match between Conor Mcgregor and Dustin Porier. Conor and Dustin are going to fight for the third time and their trilogy will take place on July 10 as the main event of UFC 264.

Co-main event: Tony Ferguson vs Beneil Daruish

In the co-main event Tony Ferguson who is on a two-fight losing streak will fight against Beneil Dariush at lightweight. Ferguson was once the front runner for the UFC lightweight belt as he was riding on a 12 fight winning streak. Earlier, Ferguson was going to fight with Khabib for the UFC lightweight belt but that fight got cancelled many times. The fight is considered as the most cursed fight in the UFC history.

When Tony was all set to fight Khabib, Khabib told UFC that he cannot fight because of transportation issue due to COVID-19. So instead, Tony fought against Gatheje and lost the fight. After that, he also lost another fight against Oliveira and now he is nowhere near the UFC title. So, can he win against Daruish and get back to the winning line or he’s going to lose another fight?
