The collaboration aims to foster personalized experiences for students and alumni, aligning with the University’s dedication to meaningful constituent engagement.
The University of Melbourne, consistently ranked among the world’s top universities, selected Cognizant to spearhead the creation of data-driven and personalized interactions for students, faculty, and alumni. Ai Lin Choo Macdonald, Executive Director of Communications and Marketing (Acting) at The University of Melbourne, emphasized that the Tealium CDP is designed to empower the University’s constituents with relevant content and experiences tailored to their preferences.
