INDIA: Nagarjuna-starrer The Ghost is the brand-new action-thriller from the Telugu superstar set to arrive in theatres. Showcasing stylized action sequences and a unique theme in the trailer and promo clips, the film hints at a unique concept set to be unveiled with its release on October 5, 2022.
As the movie is nearing its debut, the makers recently shared a trailer and a new rap song, which promise that the movie will be high on action and background music.

Praveen Sattaru’s directorial The Ghost stars Nagarjuna in the lead role. Sonal Chauhan also stars as the leading lady in the film. Gul Panag also joined the team in a prominent role, and this feature also marks the actress’ debut in the Telugu film industry. Anikha Surendran, Manish Chaudhari, Ravi Varma, Shrikanth Iyyangar, and Bilal Hossein round up the star cast in pivotal roles.
Nagarjuna Akkineni unveiled the Releasing trailer on Twitter. The Tollywood superstar wrote, ‘’Check out #TheGhost release trailer!! It’s on fire. #TheGhostOnOct5 @iamnagarjuna @PraveenSattaru @sonalchauhan7 @SVCLLP @nseplofficial @SonyMusicSouth.’’
The Ghost trailer portrays Nagarjuna in the role of a retired RAW agent. The action snippet showcases the actor fighting using guns and a katana. The heroic avatar and the style of the Tollywood star appear as the highlight of the clip. Mark K. Robin’s background score also plays a crucial role in providing intense and engaging touch to the video.
The trailer also features Nagarjuna adding powerful dialogues which goes as ‘’Money and success bring more enemies than happiness”. The clip also adds the Tollywood superstar stating, ‘’Beg for mercy’’ while performing the breathtaking action sequences filled with lots of blood and gore.
The makers also dropped a rap song on Twitter recently. The tweet read, ‘’Here we go…The soulful rap Dooralaina Theeralaina from #TheGhost out now! ” Mark K. Robin composed the music, and Manjokumar Juloori and Krishna Maedineni penned the lyrics. Roll Rida and Anurag Kulkarni provided the vocals for the music video.
Nagarjuna-starrer The Ghost is colliding with the Chiranjeevi-starrer GodFather. It appears the clash between both features will create a box office tsunami.
