INDIA: Bollywood actor Swara Bhaskar who often makes her statement in the headlines, officially married political activist Fahad Ahmad. The actor took to her Twitter handle and announced the happy news.
The couple had legally signed the marriage papers on January 6, 2023, under the Special Marriage Act. Swara came in contact with Fahad during a political protest in January 2020. The now husband of Swara is a political activist and State President of Samajwadi Yuvjan Sabha, the youth wing of the Samajwadi Party.

The actress posted a video and gave a sweet description of the relationship. She wrote, “Sometimes you search far & wide for something that was right next to you all along. We were looking for love, but we found friendship first. And then we found each other! Welcome to my heart @FahadZirarAhmad It’s chaotic, but it’s yours.”
The video gave an insightful view of her courtship period with the love of her life. She shared the glimpse of the protest, their first selfie, and WhatsApp chats, among other things.
The video came to an end seeing Swara getting emotional post her wedding with Fahad at the registrar’s office. The couple is active on social media as well as often seen holding protests against various government measures.

Besides this, her engagement pictures also went viral, where Swara is seen wearing a red saree with golden embroidery. She paired the saree with a beige-coloured blouse keeping it simple.
Whereas the groom is wearing a white kurta-pyjama, which he has paired with a bright red jacket. The couple exchanged white rose garlands and walked holding each other’s hands.
On the professional front, Swara Bhaskar was last seen in Kamal Pandey’s Jahan Chaar Yaar with Pooja Chopra, Meher Vij, and Shikha Talsania.
