HUNGARY: SEED Executive School has announced the appointment of Dr. László Eszes as its new Chief Executive Officer, signaling a strategic move toward establishing the institution as the leading Executive School in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). Dr. Eszes brings over 30 years of experience in international executive management, academic roles, and leadership development to the position.

In his new capacity, Dr. Eszes plans to focus on expanding SEED’s offerings across the CEE region through both open and in-company programs. “I believe that what the world needs most today is better leaders,” he remarked. “With SEED, we aim to contribute to this goal by leveraging three unique components: an executive faculty pool eager to share their decades of experience, a practical and grounded approach to leadership development, and the delivery of exclusive journeys that help participants transform their habits and behaviors.”

Founded by MOL and OTP a decade ago, SEED Executive School has cultivated a rich legacy, with over 2,000 alumni from more than 45 countries. The institution has developed transformative leadership experiences for leaders across more than 300 companies, establishing itself as a notable entity in executive education.

Dr. Eszes recognizes the importance of building on this solid foundation. He stated, “Together with our experienced faculty, coaches, and dedicated team, we aim to create programs that tackle critical challenges faced by leaders and organizations today.” Key areas of focus will include enhancing business agility, promoting sustainable operations, and facilitating digital transformations, particularly through the integration of artificial intelligence.

Prior to his appointment at SEED, Dr. Eszes held significant executive positions at T-Systems, Kearney, and JTI. He also founded and led the GROW Group, positioning himself as an expert in change leadership. His professional journey aligns closely with SEED’s mission to empower leaders with the skills and mindset required to drive positive change within their organizations.
