INDIA: In India, Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy M13 and the Galaxy M13 5G. According to the business, the M series is a very well-liked smartphone brand in India, where it has reportedly sold over 42 million devices since its introduction in 2019. The “RAM Plus” feature of the M13 series allows users to increase RAM size by using some storage space.
The Samsung Galaxy M13 series comes with up to 12GB of RAM. Additionally, the phones have extendable storage of up to 1TB. Beginning on July 23, new phones will be sold.
Three colours—Midnight Blue, Aqua Green, and Stardust Brown—are offered for the Galaxy M13 series. The Samsung Galaxy M13 5G costs Rs 13,999 for the 4GB+64GB model and Rs 15,999 for the 6GB+128GB model. The non-5G Galaxy M13 is available in 4GB+64GB and 6GB+128GB configurations, both of which cost Rs 11,999 and Rs 13,999, respectively.
Starting on July 23, both phones will be sold in a few retail locations and on Amazon and the Samsung website. Users of ICICI Bank cards are eligible for a discount of Rs 1,000 off their purchase.
The Galaxy M13 has a 6.6-inch full HD+ LCD, while the Galaxy M13 5G has a 6.5-inch full HD+ LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate. To help with enhanced photo and portrait quality, the M13 comes with a triple camera system that includes a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a depth lens. A 50MP and 5MP ultra-wide cameras are featured on the M13 5G’s dual camera.
The Mediatek Dimensity 700 CPU, clocked at up to 2.2GHz, powers the Galaxy M13 5G. The Exynos 850 CPU powers the M13 4G variant.
The Galaxy M13 has a sizable 6,000mAh battery, but the 5G model has a smaller 5000 mAh battery.
Both devices include a 15W charger in the box. Faster downloads and more fluid video conferencing are possible thanks to the M13 5G’s compatibility for 11 5G bands. The M13 series offers an auto data switching feature that allows users to make and receive calls using data even when the primary SIM has no network coverage.
