UNITED STATES: An established supporter of the radical governor on Tuesday had been one of Florida’s Republicans in Congress in a blow to Ron DeSantis claimed that he would back Donald trump for president.
Ron DeSantis’s team mentioned to US representatives to not support Donald Trump. Brian Must would be a part of the veterans’s committee that would back Trump’s re-election.
The publisher of a media company mentioned, “This is right up there with Byron Donalds picking Trump over DeSantis.” In November, DeSantis was introduced by Donalds for his election night speech following his victory against Charlie Crist.
Schorsch furthur stated, “Brian Mast has been DeSantis’s ally on environment and water issues in South Florida. Mast is at DeSantis’s hip during press conferences. They’re both veterans, too. Wow.”
Two other Florida republicans in the Congress to endorse Donald Trump were Mast and Rutherford where the latter posted about the same in a tweet where he states, “I understand the importance of a fair and impartial system of justice. The systematic targeting of Americans with conservative ideals, especially our 45th president of the United States, disgraces our nation’s legacy”, in light of Trump’s indictment following the hush money case that took place in 2016 prior to his presidential race that caused falsifying business records.
DeSantis has not officially declared his campaign, but many predict that he will. He is Trump’s main competitor, but his assistance has stagnated as a result of criticism of his extreme policies, such as a ban on abortions after six weeks, a ban on school book items purchased, and a prolonged disagreement with Disney.
A notable donor declared his disqualification of support last week. An unmentioned source reported, “There is clearly some angst from the DeSantis camp that so many members of the state’s congressional delegation are throwing their support behind Trump.”
Donald Trump had received endorsements from a governor, Henry McMaster of South Carolina, nine senators and fourty seven house members. Laurel Lee, a republican endorsed DeSantis on Tuesday and Monday Greg Steube declared for Trump.
