INDIA. Jaipur: The 7th edition of the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF), initiated by RIFF Film Club and accredited by Federation of Film Societies of India, will be held from 20-24 February, 2021 and in a hybrid format that will be both virtual and physical with the festival theme as ‘Music in Cinema’.

The festival director of RIFF, Mr. Somendra Harsh said that the decision to postpone RIFF is taken keeping in mind the COVID-19 situation. “It has also been decided to hold the festival from 20th to 24th February, 2021 as per the International Film Festival guidelines and protocols and the festival will be conducted in a hybrid format i.e. virtual & physical format,” revealed Harsh. He also said that the opening ceremony for RIFF 2021 will be held on 20 February 2020 at the open theater of Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur. It will be followed by film screenings on the next four days (including The Open Forum and Talk Show) to be held in Jodhpur from 21 to 24 February. And the closing ceremony, RIFF Award Night 2021, will be held in Jodhpur on 24 February, 2021.
