UNITED STATES: Gamers’ attention here! Fan favorites, Rick and Morty arrived in MultiVersus. The sci-fi animated duo joined the crossover fighting game. Now, the players will be able to select the famed characters to battle against Bugs Bunny, Batman, and many more.

MultiVersus lands as the latest multiplayer title that allows players to battle in a crossover fighting style. Developed under the banner of Player First Games, the title features Warner Bros’ popular entertainment labels, including DC Comics, Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and HBO. The platform fighter game is a free-to-play title that debuted on July 19, 2022. The crossover fighting title is currently available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
The official Twitter handle of MultiVersus revealed the gameplay footage featuring famed characters. The tweet read, ‘’burp I’m here, #MultiVersus.’’ The video showcases Rick and Morty in the crossover game venture. The sci-fi duo can be seen bringing the iconic animated series element to the game world, where we get to see Rick using the portal gun. The following aspect hints that the game will allow players to perform the mentioned moves. Mr. Meeseeks is also featured in the gameplay video, which grabbed viewers’ attention.
MultiVersus allows players to fight with popular entertainment characters. The crossover game includes prominent DC superheroes such as Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman. Game of Thrones famed Arya Stark also joined the game’s character list. Bugs Bunny, Taz, Tom, and Jerry are also available as playable characters. The game currently has an 8/10 score on IGN and Game Spot.
Besides the MultiVersus game venture, Rick and Morty bagged its sixth season on September 4, 2022. All seasons of the hit animated series can be streamed on HBO Max in the United States. In India, Netflix is streaming the show, including the latest installments.
