INDIA: Ram Charan fans, gear up yourselves! The Telugu superstar has announced his next film RC16. In addition to the movie announcement, the makers also revealed the additional members joining the filming team.

Announcing the news on Twitter, the Telugu superstar tweeted, “Excited about this !! Looking forward to working with @BuchiBabuSana & the entire team. @vriddhicinemas @SukumarWritings #VenkataSatishKilaru @MythriOfficial.”
According to the tweet, Buchi Babu Sana is set to add his directorial vision to the upcoming Ram Charan starrer film. For the unknown, the man in the director’s chair is popular for his 2021 film Uppena, starring Panja Vaisshnav Tej, Krithi Shetty, and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead.

As per the tags mentioned in the tweet, Venkata Satish Kilaru, under the banner of Vriddhi Cinema, will bankroll the upcoming Ram Charan film. Sukumar Writings, the production house of acclaimed Telugu filmmaker Sukumar will also join hands with the filming team. Mythri Movie Makers are also set to produce the Telugu feature.
In addition to the filming members joining the team, the maker also shared an announcement poster that reads, “MEGA POWERSTAR RAMCHARAN.” The rusted metal surface forms the background, and the decent lighting work sums up the additional detail of the picture.
According to multiple media reports, the Ram Charan starrer film will be a sports drama feature. Since the makers have yet to reveal anything related to the storyline, the movie being a sports drama can be considered a guess.
In addition to the announced film, Ram Charan is also set to appear in S Shankar’s RC15. The film stars Kiara Advani as the female lead. Recently, the makers also announced the arrival of Tamil star S J Surya joining the team.
