INDIA.MUMBAI: Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone, considered as Bollywood’s most celebrated couple, will soon be neighbours with Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. According to recent reports, Ranveer Singh and his father, Jagjit Sunder Singh Bhavnani, spent ₹ 119 crores on a luxurious quadruplex residence in Sagar Resham Co-operative Housing Society.
The brand-new apartment draws attention to the celebrity neighbourhood.
The luxurious apartment is a sea-facing residential area, so the dynamic Bollywood couple will have a stunning view of the Arabian Sea from the Bandra Bandstand. Ranveer purchased this residence through the medium of Oh Five Media Works LLP, where Ranveer, along with his father, serves as a director. Although this is not the first time the celebrity couple has shown interest in purchasing a dream home, Ranveer and Deepika bought a bungalow worth ₹ 22 crores in Alibaug back in 2021.
The apartment stands out for its unique location between Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment and Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat. The tower’s 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th levels are purportedly home to the opulent quadruplex with views of the sea. The new home of Ranveer and Deepika has a carpeted space of around 11 266 square feet and a unique roof scale of 1,300 square feet.
Upcoming Ranveer’s film projects
Ranveer was recently featured in Jayeshbhai Jordaar, a Yash Raj Films production that scored low at the box office. Next marks, Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which Ranveer Singh co-stars with Alia Bhatt, is a significant addition to his repertoire. The film adds Karan Johar’s directorial vision to the forefront, starring Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra, and Shabana Azmi.
Besides, Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani Ranveer is also poised to command a dual part in Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus, adapted from The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare. The film will unfold as a multi-starrer adding Pooja Hegde, Jacqueline Fernandez, Varun Sharma, Siddhartha Jadhav, Johnny Lever, and Sanjay Mishra in pivotal roles.
Ranveer now co-stars with Bear Grylls in an episode of Man Vs. Wild, which is available to stream on Netflix. In this episode, the Bollywood star can be seen in action on the most popular survival reality show.
