INDIA: Telugu superstar Ram Charan and wife Upasana Kamineni Konidela are going to embrace parenthood soon. The beloved duo announced today, on Monday, that they are expecting their first child.

RRR actor Ram Charan took to Instagram to announce the happy news; with a pic of Hanumanji Ji, his post reads, “We are delighted to share that Upasana and Ram Charan are expecting their first child. With love and gratitude, Surekha and Chiranjeevi Konidela, Shobana, and Anil Kamineni.”
The dynamic couple shared the “good news” a decade after tying the knot. As soon as fans heard the news, they poured out love and blessings on the duo.
One fan wrote, “Happy for you… Won’t be surprised if it’s twins.” Another fan stated, “Awee little mega power star is arriving soon…”
Some of the fans also wrote congratulatory messages; one wrote, “Congratulations! I wish you and your new family happiness.”
The duo, who have reportedly been friends since their school days, got engaged in 2011 and tied the knot in Hyderabad in June 2012.
On the work front, his most recent film, RRR, which was directed by SS Rajamouli, has become a worldwide sensation since its debut earlier this year.
RRR also starred Jr. NTR, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, and Alia Bhatt in significant roles and was inspired by two real-life revolutionaries who chose to fight against the British colonialism.
The film ended up being a huge hit at the box office, and several internationally renowned directors praised it for its storytelling. Rajamouli recently promoted the film in America, and RRR is now aiming for the Oscar next year.
Ram Charan’s upcoming major project, RC 15, is being directed by S. Shankar. Dil Raju and Sirish are the producers and distributors of the unnamed drama, which is offered through Sri Venkateswara Creations.
RC 15 also stars Kiara Advani, SJ Suryah, Anjali, Jayaram, S. Sunil, Srikanth, and Naveen Chandra.
