UNITED STATES: Olivia Rodrigo is embarking on her second tour, featuring her latest album, “Guts.” This tour begins in California in February, spans six weeks across North America, extends to Europe, and then returns to North America in May, ultimately wrapping up in Rodrigo’s hometown of Los Angeles on August 14.

Pre-sale tickets will be available on Ticketmaster starting September 20 at 3 p.m. ET. To have a shot at receiving a code for the sale, be sure to register by September 17 at 10 p.m. ET.

The tour lineup includes a diverse group of opening acts, all of them female, with three of them being relatively young artists. These include British dance-pop singer PinkPantheress, L.A.-based pop singer Chappell Roan, who will be releasing her debut album soon, and California pop-rock singer Remi Wolf, who will be joining for all European dates.

Additionally, there’s the veteran alt-rock band the Breeders, fronted by ex-Pixies singer Kim Deal, best known for their 1993 album “Last Splash,” which featured several radio and video hits.

The latter choice might appear unusual, but it is truly on brand for Rodrigo. During her debut tour last year, she covered the Veruca Salt song “Seether” from a similar era, explaining to her audience that it was released “before I was born,” but her mom introduced her to it. The Breeders will perform exclusively at the New York and Los Angeles shows.

Rodrigo graced the stage at MTV’s Video Music Awards on Tuesday night, where she delivered captivating performances of “Vampire” and “Get Him Back!” She followed Lil Wayne as the second performer of the evening. This marked her second appearance at the VMAs, following her debut performance in 2021, when she sang her Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit “Good 4 U.”

In 2022, Rodrigo last toured Europe and North America in support of her debut album, “Sour.” The tour kicked off on April 5 in Portland and concluded on July 7 in London. Opening acts included Gracie Abrams, Holly Humberstone, Chappell Roan, and Baby Queen.
