Naruto Shippuden: Netflix India to Stream New Seasons in September

The streaming behemoth added four seasons of the anime on August 8

INDIA: On August 8, Netflix India began streaming the first four seasons of the fan-favorite anime Naruto: Shippuden. Following the popularity of the Ninja anime series, Netflix announced the addition of further seasons on September 9.

Naruto: Shippuden arrives on Netflix India

Naruto Shippuden chronicles the events two and a half years after the time shift. Following training with his sensei, Jiraiya, the Unpredictable Ninja returns to the Hidden Leaf Village. Back in town, Naruto joins the team to take on the deadly Akatsuki organisation.

While the Naruto Shippuden series unfolds, the story’s dark secrets are revealed, unveiling the famous characters in anime history. Naruto Shippuden is the prequel to Naruto, the first series premiered in 2002 and lasted until 2007. The sequel series debuted in 2007 and ran till 2017. Boruto: Naruto Next Generations continued the storyline from Naruto Shippuden’s finale in 2017.

Naruto can be streamed on Netflix India. The anime’s nine seasons are available on the streaming video service. In addition to Netflix, Sony YAY! also started airing the anime on August 15, 2022. The Shonen anime can be viewed in five regional languages on Indian Television from 8:00 pm.

Following anime series which are currently accessible on Netflix India

Demon Slayer can also be viewed on Netflix. The action-fantasy anime is divided into two seasons that can be easily binged watch. Last year, Demon Slayer Mugen Train also shattered the box office record worldwide. 

Jujutsu Kaisen is also available on the platform. The anime series has only one season, with a total of 24 episodes. In addition to the anime series, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 also serves as the prequel to the original show.

Hunter x Hunter has also been added to the anime list on Netflix India. The hit anime series is available in six seasons on the streaming behemoth. Black Clover is also accessible on the platform, however, only the first two seasons are available. The popular series, Spy x Family and the fan-favorite anime, One Punch Man has also joined the anime list on Netflix India.
