INDIA: In a significant development indicating a strategic realignment in its human resources hierarchy, LTIMindtree has announced the appointment of Chetana Patnaik as its incoming Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), effective April 1, 2024. Patnaik assumes this key role as Manoj Shikarkhane, the present CHRO, readies for a transition to a new position within the company, where he will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO’s office across various strategic organizational endeavors, as detailed in a regulatory filing.
The announcement comes amidst a series of leadership changes within the IT services firm, with the recent resignation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Vinit Teredesai, who made his departure following the appointment of Vipul Chandra to the role.
