INDIA: Lava seems to be disappeared from the smartphone industry for quite some time despite having a great start when starting the venture. However, on Tuesday, Lava introduced its new Blaze Pro 4G smartphone after a long time to the Indian market, targeting consumers on a tight budget.

Early this year, the Blaze series debuted and garnered attention for its glass-back body. The MediaTek-powered Blaze Pro appears to be an upgrade, and it even boasts a screen with a high refresh rate. This device runs Android 12 and includes a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back.

Lava Blaze Pro 4G Features

It is encouraging to see a device in this price bracket (price mentioned below) with a 6.5-inch HD+ display and a 90Hz refresh rate. The top of the screen has a notch where the 8-megapixel front camera is located. The phone contains a MediaTek Helio G37 CPU, a 4GB of RAM, and a virtual expansion option that allows the user to use an additional of 7GB RAM.

It has 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 256GB using a microSD card. Lava is selling the phone with Android 12 OS out of the box, and as the UI is likely closer to stock, the amount of bloatware is constrained.
