INDIA: Jio Cinema, the renowned digital platform, has emerged victorious in acquiring the digital rights for India’s highly anticipated tour of the West Indies in 2023, as per reports. The announcement was made on Tuesday by Cricket West Indies (CWI), which also disclosed the comprehensive match schedule and venues for the multi-format series set to take place in July and August of this year.

The series will kick off with two Test matches, forming a crucial part of the ongoing ICC World Test Championship (WTC) cycle for 2023–2025. Of immense significance is the second Test match, as it will commemorate the momentous occasion of the 100th Test encounter between the West Indies and India. Scheduled to be played from July 20th to July 24th, this landmark match will unfold at the iconic Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad, evoking nostalgia and anticipation among cricket enthusiasts.
