INDIA: Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh’s Doctor G received a new poster. In addition to the key visual, the makers have also dropped the release date for the upcoming film.
The movie will be released next month, and audiences will get to see Ayushmann Khurana and Rakul Preet onscreen together for the first time in a Bollywood production. The feature’s intriguing concept has wowed fans ever since it was announced.

Ayushmann Khurrana shared the film’s first look and release date on his Twitter handle. The talented Bollywood star wrote, “ZindaGi hai inki full of Googly. Rakul Preet Singh also unveiled the release date and latest poster of Doctor G. The comedy-drama film is set to debut on October 14, 2022. The first look features Ayushmann in an intriguing role, playing the part of a medical student.
Doctor G will star Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles. Shefali Shah will also be seen in a pivotal role. Given the tags mentioned in the tweet, Sheeba Chaddha will also join the star cast of the upcoming feature.
The comedy campus drama is directed by Anubhuti Kashyap. Junglee Pictures’ Amrita Pandey bankrolled the upcoming film along with Vineet Jain. The movie emerges as the third feature of the production house with Ayushmann Khurrana. Earlier, the Bollywood actor starred in two profitable titles, Badhaai Ho and Bareilly Ki Barfi, developed under the same production banner.
In addition to Doctor G, Ayushmann Khurrana will also feature in Dream Girl 2. The film recently received an announcement video. The upcoming movie also stars Ananya Panday and will serve as a sequel to the 2019 film Dream Girl.
