Since the debut of the Chainsaw Man manga, it has become a worldwide phenomenon, receiving international acclaim. The manga series was originally published in 2018 and quickly gained an enormous fanbase. There are currently 11 volumes accessible to read, with the first part published from 2018 to 2020. The second instalment began in July 2022, and since then, it has become the most discussed manga series on the internet.

Within a brief look, the clip features significant characters from the anime. The video begins with a warehouse montage filled with zombie devils, where we witness Makima entering the area with the Devil Hunter Unit for the first time. The clip fades to black, and we witness Denji morph into Chainsaw Man, with the blades ripping out of his body. The fast-paced segments and strong BGM raise the overall level of the video. The thrilling chainsaw on his head with a lot of blood suggests that the studio did full justice to the manga’s dark and gory concept.

The anime rendition of the manga was announced in December 2020 under the banner of MAPPA, which joined the venture as an animation studio. The fluid animation design and brutal action sequences have fascinated audiences since the publication of the trailer. The anime is set to debut in October 2022.
