SOUTH KOREA: The most awaited song from BLACKPINK, “Pink Venom”, finally arrived. The new music video marks the return of the first single from the girl group after two years. Following the pre-release single “Pink Venom”, the full-length album “BORN PINK” is also set to arrive in September.

“Pink Venom” music video debuted on YouTube, shattering the internet with its popularity. The song features Jisoo, Jennie, Rose, and Lisa singing and dancing to the rhythmic beats. The girl group can be seen in a stylish look that emerges as the music video’s highlight.
The song starts with the line “kick in the door waving the coco,” which immediately draws our attention to its upbeat theme. “This that pink venom, This that pink venom, This that pink venom” also acts as an addictive line that gives energetic vibes. “Taste that pink venom, Taste that pink venom, Taste that pink venom,” showers a powerful music beat that hooks us to play this song on repeat.

BLACKPINK will also perform at the MTV Video Music Awards 2022. The K-pop band will become the first K-pop girl group to perform at the U.S award show. The group will mark their debut at the award ceremony with the performance of their “BORN PINK” album’s song “Pink Venom”. The award show will be broadcast on August 29 at 9 am KST/ 5:30 am IST.
