Margot Robbie’s Barbie trailer finally out
The trailer opens with a top view of a heart-shaped island with “Barbie Land” embedded in it. The island appears to be the home of our cute protagonist, where the central focus of the plot will take place. Following the intro shot, Margot Robbie is revealed as Barbie. The camera traces her character, giving us a glimpse of the film’s world-building.
Healthy, jovial face-offs were portrayed in the video between the Kens with Barbies amicably greeting each other. Her hair and dress are scintillating and gorgeous, with the hairstyles and the dress in sync with the dolls children grew up playing with.
The trailer reads, “To live in Barbie Land is to be a perfect being in a perfect place. Unless you have a full-on existential crisis. Or you’re a Ken.”
The trailer description hints that Margot Robbie will unravel her journey from the pinkish plastic world to the harsh reality. The climactic end of the trailer also showcases Robbie and Gosling travelling in a car, moving towards the real world, which once again hints at the above point.
This curiosity about what the Barbie movie entails might draw in a large audience in the cinema halls. At this point, not much has been revealed about the movie’s plot.
