INDIA: Bollywood star Sonam Kapoor and businessman Anand Ahuja welcomed a baby boy on Saturday. Actress Anushka Sharma wrote a cute message on Instagram for the new parents.
“Congratulations @sonamkapoor & anandahuja on what will be the happiest and most trying times of your lives,” Anushka wrote in her IG story.
Sonam Kapoor and her husband are over the moon and thrilled to begin this new chapter in their lives. The ‘Khoobsurat’ actress made the most of her pregnancy and even took her husband Anand Ahuja for a babymoon at this time.
Recently, she was interviewed by Vogue magazine where she talked about her pregnancy and motherhood.

Sonam Kapoor’s uncle, Sanjay Kapoor, also congratulated the new parents, posting a cute photo of Sonam and Anand on his Instagram stories. “Congratulations, lovely people,” Kapoor wrote alongside the photo. He embellished his story with a sticker of a baby as well.
Mira Rajput, the wife of Shahid Kapoor, shared a loving image of Sonam and Anand on her Instagram story. Mira congratulated the team and shared the photo. “Congratulations to Sonam and Anand,” she wrote.
Rhea Kapoor, Sonam’s sister, released a statement in which she said, “We are excited to announce the addition of the newest member of our family on August 20, 2022. We are overjoyed that Sonam and Anand have been gifted with a healthy baby boy. We are so happy and in love with the new parents and their adorable angel that our hearts are overflowing. Loving grandparents, Anil & Sunita, Harish & Priya. Rhea Karan, Anant, and Harshvardhan are excited uncles and aunts.”
