ROMANIA: The case file summary claims sexual assault caused eye and breast injuries to one lady. Additionally, Andrew Tate’s brother Tristan appears to say that he will “slave these bitches” in what the prosecution claims are transcripts of audio messages.

Both men are currently being tried in Romania for human trafficking. Andrew Tate is also accused of rape. The prosecution claims these allegations stem from their involvement in an organized crime gang.

The Tate brothers and two Romanian women were accused of human trafficking and gang organization by Romania’s Organized Crime Unit. They weren’t the only affluent men to be unfairly attacked, according to Andrew Tate, who added that he was hoping to be cleared.

Romanian prosecutors claimed the women were sexually exploited and coerced into creating pornography through physical and psychological abuse.

Andrew Tates’ attorneys plan to challenge the prosecution’s testimony in a pre-trial hearing, potentially arguing that some evidence in the case file by a UK media portal, may be inadmissible and may deny claims, question legal requirements, or argue for inaccuracy.

Prosecutors claim Georgiana Naghel, one of the co-defendants of Tates, had access to money earned on the OnlyFans website, making monthly payments to featured women while concealing their earnings. They claim the defendants withheld at least 50% of revenue from TikTok content. Witnesses claim verbal and physical violence was used to deliver content on time.

Naghel is accused of making threats in transcribed text conversations and physically attacking one victim, as per reports. One witness claims that the defendants fined the women who performed online for even minor offences, including taking too long of a break, sobbing while being broadcast live, or cleaning their nose while being broadcast live.

The defendants typically fined women in the range of 10%. One woman allegedly owes €4,000 (£3,412) in debt.

The two female defendants denied the accusations, which were unsupported by any evidence, according to their attorney, who added that they were waiting for the court’s decesion.

Additionally, there are what are allegedly transcriptions of audio communications from 2020 in the prosecutors’ files, in which Tristan Tate is heard saying he doesn’t want the ladies who use sites like PornHub and OnlyFans to have access to their accounts.

Two women, classified as victims by the prosecution, claim they did not share their revenue with anyone. They have publicly expressed close friendships with the men and support for them.

The prosecution will use evidence of strict rules and controlling behaviour, including requiring newly arrived ladies to be accompanied by a Tate family friend and not leave the house without permission.

Prosecutors claim female defendants Naghel and Radu were assigned ladies for supervision. Documents reveal a text message from a victim asking if Andrew Tate is running the girl business.

Tate appears to blend language of love and marriage with what appear to be commands, threats, references to rape, or insults like “bitch” or “whore” in other transcribed communications that the prosecution claims took place between this alleged victim and Tate over a number of weeks.

The case file summary includes witness reports of Tate’s alleged abuse of women, including rape claims. One victim claimed Tate instructed her to remove clothing and slap her. She also claimed he held her head during sex, threatened pregnancy, and locked her in a house.

Another lady claimed to investigators that Andrew Tate used his sexual violence as a means of “venting frustration” when she disobeyed him.

In an interview with the UK media, Andrew Tate vehemently denied taking advantage of or controlling any woman, asserting that he had “never hurt anyone” and that the allegations against him were “wholly and completely fabricated.”

Additionally, he has repeatedly stated that the media and others take some of his words out of context and combine them in a way that doesn’t accurately reflect reality.

Prosecutors claim the Tate brothers, despite not having a lawful income, have amassed numerous properties, rare cars, jewellery, and cryptocurrency. They earn $5 million a month through their online organizations, War Room and Hustler’s University, as per prosecutors. Romania is preparing to try the case, with charges of money laundering and trafficking in minors being investigated.

Andrew Tate’s trial in Bucharest is ongoing, with the prosecution claiming his video tutorials are consistent with evidence, while supporters praise his financial success and self-control.
