INDIA: The most promising actor of this generation, Alia Bhatt, who turned heads with the kinds of roles she opted for, recently embraced motherhood. At a very young age, Alia tasted success both in her personal and professional life, leaving no stone unturned in the field of acting.
The prominent actress is set to made Hollywood debut with ‘The Heart of Stones‘. During the shoot, she was pregnant and delivered baby Raha in November.
It would be no mistake to say that the year 2022 was the year of Alia, as she starred in a critically acclaimed film, debuted as a producer, married Ranbir Kapoor, and embraced motherhood.
The actress resumed her work post-delivery and is currently in Kashmir shooting for her romantic comedy ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ alongside Ranveer Singh. In the meantime, the Raazi actress gave an interview to media houses, where she talked about how her life has changed since the arrival of Raha.
Alia expressed her love for building a colour-coordinated wardrobe for her little daughter, like most new mothers. The actress recalled the most cherished moments she has with her daughter, which are during book reading. She said, “She (Raha) is pretty small right now. But I love reading books as she listens attentively.”
Thus, this made the Bhramastra actress think of launching her own brand of storybook. Alia said, “I intend to shortly release storybooks. I have a few ideas, but my English skills are lacking. I may or may not write to them as a result. Shaheen Bhatt, however, will take part in this.”
She added, “The plan is to publish nine books in a series that are based on positive feelings like joy, friendliness, and optimism.”
During the pregnancy, Alia launched her baby clothing line, Ed-A-Mamma, and now she is keen to launch books for toddlers and teenagers.
On the work front, Alia will complete her shoot for Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and resume her shooting of ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. The Farhan Akhtar directorial will feature her with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra.
