INDIA: Lal Singh Chaddha actor Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta’s only daughter Ira Khan announced her engagement with long-time beau Nupur Shikhare. Ira Khan has been the rare star kind of Bollywood who stays away from the limelight.
She, however, made her debut as a theatre director a few years back but has no plans to enter the acting field. However, her relationship with fitness trainer Nupur Shikhare always made broad headlines and rumours floating around that the couple might exchange vows anytime soon.
Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare started dating in 2020, and since then, they have been open about their relationship over the social media platform. The couple shared their happy moment with everyone by uploading the proposal video.
Nupur took the pledge and proposed his love in the midst of the famous Iron Man Italy show. The video showed Nupur walking toward Ira, kissing her lips and going on his knees and putting a ring on Ira’s finger, and the entire crowd started hooting with joy when he said, “Will you marry me?” Ira, however, looked super ready and instantly said yes to the ‘Man of her life.’ Ira shared the video and wrote, “Popeye: She said yes. Ira: Hehe I said yes.”
