INDIA/PAKISTAN: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, made “false accusations” against New Delhi to which India lashed back at Pakistan. The incident occurred during an anti-India tirade which is the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
The first secretary of the Indian Mission to the United Nations, Mijito Vinito, thrashed off all allegations over the Kashmir issue and blamed Islamabad of involving in the “cross-border terrorism” and called it “obfuscate misdeeds in his own country and justify actions against India.”
Mijito Vinito said, “It is regrettable that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has chosen the platform of this assembly to make false accusations against India. He has done so to obfuscate misdeeds in his own country and to justify actions against India.”
He went on to accuse Pakistan of laying support and shelter to those behind the 26/11 Mumbai terrorist attack.
“A polity that claims it seeks peace with its neighbours would never sponsor cross-border terrorism, nor would it shelter planners of the horrific Mumbai terrorist attack, disclosing their existence only under pressure from the international community”, said the first secretary.
The chieftain permitted India to reply at UNGA against the occurrence. He said, “Such a country would not make unjustified and untenable territorial claims against neighbours…but it is not just about neighbourhoods that we heard false claims today, it is about human rights, about minority rights and basic decencies.”
“When young women in the thousands from the minority community are abducted as an SOP, what can we conclude about the underline mindset?” he added.
Vinito however understood the creepy theory of Pakistan so he said, “That will surely happen when cross-border terrorism ceases, when govts come clean with the international community and with their people when minorities are not persecuted, and, not least, when we recognize these realities before this assembly.”
