INDIA: Adivi Sesh’s HIT 2 lands as a most-awaited sequel to Sailesh Kolanu’s directorial HIT (2020). Following the poster announcement and the first look unveiled, the makers have now dropped a new update for the movie. The action-drama film will arrive in theatres on December 2, 2022.
The makers of HIT 2 shared the release date update on various social media platforms. Given the film’s debut date, fans have to wait only a few months before they’ll finally get to witness the action-thriller.
The Adivi Sesh-starrer HIT 2 bagged a release date
Adivi Sesh unveiled the release date of the film on Twitter. The tweet read, ‘’HEAT. December 2nd. #HIT2onDec2 in theatres only @AdiviSesh @NameisNani @KolanuSailesh @PrashantiTipirn #MeenakshiChaudhary @maniDop #JohnStewartEduri @SVR4446 @walpostercinema #HIT2.’’
Natural Star Nani also wrote, ‘’2nd case on 2nd December KD @adivisesh on #HIT2onDEC2.’’
HIT: The Second Case serves as a sequel to the 2020 Telugu film HIT: The First Case. Sailesh Kolanu directed the first instalment, starring Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma. The talented filmmaker returned to direct the second instalment. HIT (2020) raked in huge numbers at the box office, becoming a profitable feature for the makers.
HIT 2 stars Adivi Sesh at the forefront, while Meenakshi Chaudhary also joined the team as the female lead. Bhanu Chander, Rao Ramesh, Posani Krishna Murali, Tanikella Bharani, Maganti Srinath, and Komali Prasad also stars in prominent roles. The action-thriller film is bankrolled by Prashanti Tipirneni.
Natural Star Nani has also produced the upcoming film under his own production banner, Wall Poster Cinema. S. Manikandan handled the cinematography, while Garry BH managed the editing of the movie. John Stewart Eduri composed the music for the upcoming action-thriller.
HIT: The First Case enthralled viewers with its brilliant blend of mystery and thriller. The action-drama film was later adapted into a Bollywood remake starring Rajkumar Rao and Sanya Malhotra.
