INDIA: Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh will co-star in the upcoming film “Siren.” The motion poster for the film was released, with fantastic visuals and a gripping music score. The unique clip has enthralled the fans since its reveal.
Siren will star Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles
Jayam Ravi unveiled the motion poster on Twitter. The actor tweeted, “Super happy to announce my next film #Siren with a motion poster Directed by @antonybhagyaraj Thanks to Producer @sujataa_HMM @theHMMofficial for making this project more big! @KeerthyOfficial @anupamahere Music @gvprakash Stunts @dhilipaction.”
The Antony Bhagyaraj directorial stars Jayam Ravi and Keerthy Suresh in lead roles for the upcoming action-thriller. Besides the lead actors, no more details about the members joining the film have been revealed.
The makers earlier revealed a teaser for the announcement clip a few days ago. The official video was titled “Jayam Ravi’s Next” and featured all the posters of the actor’s previous films. The motion poster has now been released, confirming the lead stars’ joining the ensemble cast.
The motion poster opens with a glimpse of Madras Central Prison. The camera movement quickly accelerates, followed by the lightning strike depicted in the video. The clip also showcases an ambulance moving towards the city. Later, the title of the entire ensemble cast is revealed in an interesting way.
Siren marks Antony Bhagyaraj’s directorial debut. The first-time filmmaker also wrote the story for the action film. He previously worked as a dialogue writer for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe and also wrote the story for Ajith Kumar’s Viswasam. Sujatha Vijaykumar bankrolled siren under the production banner of Home Movie Makers.
G.V Prakash Kumar also joined as music director, scoring a powerful BGM highlighted in the motion poster. Previously, the composer provided the soundtrack for Suriya’s Soorarai Pottru. Dhilip Subbarayan has also been confirmed as the choreographer.
In addition to Siren, Jayam Ravi will appear alongside Vikram, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Trisha, and Karthi in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan: 1. The most-awaited movie will debut in theatres on September 30, 2022.
Keerthy Suresh will also play the lead role in the Nani-starrer Dasara. Srikanth Odhela will direct the film. The action-drama movie will be released worldwide on March 30, 2023.
