UNITED STATES: On August 1, the US pledged to provide Ukraine with a new batch of weapons, including ammunition for rocket launchers and artillery, which will bolster Ukrainian retaliation against Russian aggression, and hunt for Russian troops by bombing their critical supply lines.

According to a spokesperson for the National Security Council, John Kirby, who spoke to reporters in Bilomu Domi, the new package of 550 million dollars “Will include more ammunition for advanced high-mobility missile systems, also known as HIMARS, as well as ammunition.”

Last week, the Pentagon announced the following statements regarding newer aid packages to Ukraine, “To meet ever-changing battlefield needs, the United States must continue to work with its allies and partners to provide Ukraine with key assets.”
