INDIA: The family drama film, “Zara Hatke Zara Bachke,” has been performing well at the box office, garnering positive responses from cinephiles despite facing stiff competition from the SpiderMan animated movie. According to analysis, the directorial venture by Laxman Utekar has achieved a worldwide collection of approximately Rs 59.9 crore, with a net collection of around Rs 46.53 crore in India.

The movie revolves around a married couple from a small town who faces various challenges while trying to build their own house. The compelling dynamics between the couple and their family members offer plenty of heartwarming moments and laughter. Audiences particularly connected with the bittersweet chemistry of the lead pair, Vicky and Sara, as they rejuvenated the essence of old-school romance and showcased the beauty of a resilient marriage.

Sources have indicated that the collaboration between Maddock Films and Jio Studios has emerged as the third biggest hit of the year, following “Pathaan” and “The Kerala Story.” Additionally, reports suggest that the film will soon be available for streaming on Jio Cinema.

When discussing the film’s narrative, Vicky, known for his role in “Sardar Udham Singh,” stated during a media interaction, “The film was narrated to us amidst the heightened tension of the second wave of COVID-19. We were uncertain about the future of Bollywood and the types of films that would be made. However, a simple story like this came to me, and I had a strong feeling that it would resonate with people.”

He further expressed, “Amidst all the speculation about which films will succeed and which won’t, we may have forgotten that our initial belief was that this film would connect with the audience. Over the past five days, we have realized that our intuition was right. Seeing families come together to watch the film brings us immense joy. The success of the film goes beyond mere numbers. We are here to express our gratitude to all of you.”
