SPAIN: On March 17th, 2023, a thrilling T-10 cricket match was played between Oeiras (OEI) and Ariana KIF (AF) on the Cartama Oval Ground at the European Cricket League (ECL), and Ariana KIF won the match by 7 runs in just 8.1 overs.
Earlier, Ariana KIF won the toss and elected to bowl. Oeiras batted first and put up a challenging total of 116/4 in their 10 overs.
Nicholas Smit was the star of the inning as he smashed an unbeaten 76 runs off just 32 balls, including 4 fours and 6 sixes.
Captain Conard Greenshields played a supporting role, scoring 34 runs off 17 balls with two fours and three sixes.
Pawan Kumar was the pick of the bowlers for AF, taking 2 wickets for 20 runs in his 2 overs. Ranatullah Rahatullah and Naser Baluch also chipped in with one wicket each.
In response, Ariana KIF had a sluggish start and lost an early wicket to Junaid Khan. However, Debarchan Dash changed the game by hitting five sixes in a single over and making a blistering 51 runs off just 19 balls.
Naser Baluch also joined the party and scored a quickfire 33 runs off just 11 balls with five sixes.
AF finished the game in just 8.1 overs and won the match with 7 wickets and 11 balls to spare.
