INDIA: Tecno, a Chinese smartphone manufacturer, has launched the Tecno Phantom X2, the most expensive smartphone yet in India from the company. The company is marketing the Tecno Phantom X2 as a premium smartphone focusing on design and performance.
The new flagship smartphone from Tecno Phantom X2 features a curved AMOLED display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus.
Currently, only one model of the Tecno Phantom X2 with 256GB of storage and 8GB of RAM, which costs Rs 39,999, is available.
The phone is available for pre-order on Amazon, and deliveries will begin on January 9.
Tecno is also offering an option to get the next flagship smartphone in addition to the phone. The company offers a free upgrade to the Phantom X3 to 100 pre-booking customers and 200 offline customers.
The Tecno Phantom X2 has a 6.8-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED display with Corning’s Gorilla Glass Victus protection on top, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a 360Hz touch sampling rate.
The smartphone has a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, 8GB of RAM, and 256GB of storage under the hood.
The Tecno Phantom X2 has a triple rear camera setup that includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 13-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens. The phone has a dual-flash 32MP selfie camera on the front.
The Tecno Phantom X2 comes with Android 12 OS and has a powerful 5,160mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging.
Weighing in at just 203 grams, the Tecno Phantom X2 is an ultralight smartphone that packs a punch in a sleek design.
The smartphone features an under-display fingerprint scanner and other sensors like an accelerometer, gyro meter, proximity sensor, and compass.
The Tecno Phantom X2 scored 973625 in the AnTuTu test and has a GeekBench score of 4027.
