A suit has been filed by M Naveen Kumar (40), partner of MRT Music, accusing the Congress of using the Kannada film ‘KGF-2’ music during the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’.

“The prima facie material available before this court establishes that if the same is encouraged, the plaintiff who is in the business of acquiring cinematography films, songs, music albums etc., will be put to irreparable injury, and it will also lead to encouraging the piracy at large”, the judge noted.
