INDIA: The Moto Razr 2022, Motorola’s newest flagship foldable smartphone featuring Qualcomm’s newest chipset, Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, has been released internationally.
Nearly three months after its debut in China, the firm is scheduled to unveil its revolutionary phone in a few European regions.
Moto Razr technical specifications
The 6.7-inch FHD+ OLED foldable screen on the Razr 2022 has a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The chin from earlier Razr iterations has been eliminated, and the hinge mechanism has been enhanced.
The source said that the phone also has a 2.7-inch OLED cover screen that users may use to access the majority of the functions without having to unfold the main screen.
The Razr 2022 comes with an Android 12-based MyUX, and the company has not provided any information regarding upcoming software updates.
A 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS and a 13-megapixel ultrawide module are both included in the Motorola Moto Razr 2022.
A 32-megapixel camera is positioned inside the punch-hole on top of the primary display. As previously noted, the new Moto Razr 2022 has 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM.
The 8GB/128GB and 12GB/512GB models, however, don’t appear to be a part of the initial global rollout, claims the report.
A microSD card cannot be used with the phone. A 3,500mAh battery with 30W charging, an eSIM + physical SIM slot, an IP52 splash rating, and dual speakers with Dolby Atmos are all features of the Motorola Moto Razr 2022.
Motorola Razr pricing and other information
The foldable phone’s 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, which is still only available in Satin Black, will retail for 1,200 euros, or around Rs 98,500, according to the source.
Although Motorola has not officially disclosed the availability date, interested people may expect to learn more soon enough.
Additionally, the company made no comments regarding the new Moto Razr 2022’s release in India. The Moto Razr 2022 would compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, which folds similarly to the Razr 2022 if it were made available in India. In India, the Galaxy Z Flip 4 is available for Rs 89,999.
