INDIA: An attempt was made to assassinate Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, according to sources. Even while the investigation into the daylight murder of Sidhu Moose Wala continues, this is one of the most gruesome details to emerge.

A sharpshooter with a small-bore weapon hidden in a modified hockey casing was ordered to kill Salman Khan by Lawrence Bishnoi, a suspect in the Moose Wala murder case.

However, on D-Day, as the sharpshooters were set to carry out their plan and Salman Khan was about to leave his home that morning, a Mumbai Police escort was stationed at his gate, engaged with the star because he had to attend a public function that day.

This alarmed the sharpshooter and his companions, and they concluded that now was not the time to carry out their plan. Because they were afraid of being caught by the cops, the sniper was ordered to abandon the operation.
