UNITED STATES: After the massive success at the box office, it’s time for the Master of Mystic Arts to crash the OTT venture. Disney finally announced the streaming debut of the smash hit Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. The magical entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be officially available on Disney+ from June 22.
The box office triumph of Doctor Strange 2 adds the film to the hit category of the MCU
Doctor Strange 2 has finally come to a close with a staggering global box office haul of $800 million. Master of Mystic Arts has officially eclipsed DC’s Cape Crusader in the box office rat race. Sam Raimi’s rendition of Master of Mystic Arts has broken box office records in the United States, grossing $350 million. The overseas take is $450 million, handing the Marvel film an estimated total take of $815 million.
In India, Marvel fandom is on an entirely freaking level. The Master of Mystic Arts has a mammoth collection of Rs 115 crore, making it the biggest contender for upcoming superhero films in 2022. After the pandemic, it became the second-highest-grossing Marvel film in India.
Sam Raimi’s vision is the film’s main attraction. With his MCU debut, he had pushed the frontiers of filmmaking. The scary element he added to the film is incredible. His trademark in the film is the camera angles, the brutality, and the conflict between the characters. He has given his all as a director under the banner of MCU. The film can be considered one of the most vicious MCU installments, as it slightly touches the R-Rating line at times. MCU has essentially bowed to Raimi’s vision.
Synopsis:
America Chavez is on the run, pursued by an unknown evil as she traverses across the multiverse with her existence on the verge of extinction. Things become chaotic when she collides with Doctor Strange from the primary Marvel reality. Determined to end the chaos, Master of the Mystic Arts must halt the multiverse onslaught and rescue her life.
