INDIA: The announcement video and release date for 100 Percent, an upcoming multi-starrer film starring John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shehnaaz Gill, and Nora Fatehi, has been released. Sajid Khan’s directorial film is set to hit theatres next year.
John Abraham shared the announcement clip of 100%
On Monday, August 29, 2022, John Abraham shared the announcement video of his upcoming film, 100 Percent. The Bollywood actor tweeted, “A roller coaster comedy packed with action, music, and SPIES! We guarantee you a #100Percent entertainer!! Diwali 2023 just got bigger!! Are you ready??”
The announcement video opens with T-Series and Guilty by Association Media logo, followed by electrical music. The clip reads, “20% comedy 20% romance 20% music 20% confusion 20% action together we are 100%.” The video also introduces the upcoming film’s theme, described as “a film about love, a film about marriage, a film about family, and spies in cinemas only on Diwali 2023.”
Sajid Khan will direct 100 Percent starring John Abraham, Riteish Deshmukh, Shehnaaz Gill, and Nora Fatehi in lead roles. T-Series’ Bhushan Kumar produced the upcoming film along with Amar Butala. 100 Percent will hit the theatres on Diwali 2023.
The announcement clip only hints at the film’s theme, which guarantees a mix of action, comedy, romance, and confusion. The video also reveals that the plot will primarily revolve around marriage, family, and love. The first look at all of the actors has yet to be revealed.
John Abraham most recently appeared in Lakshya Raj Anand’s Attack. Along with Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone, the talented actor will play a pivotal role in Pathaan. A motion poster featuring the Bollywood actor in action was also recently released. The Siddharth Anand directorial Pathaan will debut in theatres on January 25, 2023.
Shehnaaz Gill will also star alongside Salman Khan in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Farhad Samji will direct, and Sajid Nadiadwala will pen the story for the film. Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde and Jagapathi Babu will also star in the movie.
